Hi, I’m Pankaj Gupte, and I’m passionate about helping young engineers bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry experience. With many seasoned professionals retiring in the coming years, it’s more important than ever to prepare the next generation with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

That’s why I started this company—to provide practical, industry-focused training that goes beyond textbooks. Through online courses, mentorship, and hands-on learning, I want to make quality education accessible to anyone, anywhere, as long as they have the drive to learn.

Alongside teaching, I also offer consulting services in traffic engineering, working on design and operational projects for local, city, state, and federal agencies. My goal is to combine education with real-world expertise, helping build a stronger, more capable engineering workforce for the future.
